Fall Prevention Clinics of America™ is Chicagoland’s premier MD practice specializing in fall risk assessments and the diagnosis and treatment of dizziness and balance dysfunction in people of all ages.

Since June of 2003, Orchard and Carlyle LLC, an Illinois corporation dba Fall Prevention Clinics of America™, has been located at 710 E. Ogden Avenue - Suite 250 in Naperville, Illinois. In 2005, we opened our 2nd office in Brentwood Nursing Home – Outpatient Rehabilitation Center in Riverwoods, Illinois and relocated same to Rush-Oak Park medical Office Bldg. in January of 2010.
