To enable you to be self-sufficient and maintain personal independence in your own home. This is an in-home, tax deductible service to process your personal business affairs by appointment at a time convenient to you. You determine what you need done and when it is to be done!

CLIENTS
This firm was created to serve older adults, professionals, and small businesses. All services are performed under the direct supervision of Cheryl M. Bartz, M.B.A., and a carefully selected staff of professionals.
Additional Information:
Any personal business needs. Each person’s needs are different and should be treated in ways that are appropriate to each person.
Paying bills and balancing account statements. We help determine which bills should be paid, balance the checkbook, reconcile monthly statements, organize and file paperwork.
Reviewing medical and dental insurance claim forms. We can keep track of who has and has not paid first before you pay anything so that you do not pay too much.
Making phone calls. Writing personal and business letters. When you need to communicate with companies and straighten out billing problems.
Scheduling appointments. Running errands. You may need to schedule and go to a medical provider, to a store, or order goods or services.
Assembling income and deductible expenses for tax form preparation. Retaining and organizing all of the many kinds of invoices, receipts and other pieces of paper that may pertain to a tax deduction can be complex.
Advocates at nursing homes. When you or a family member needs assisted living or nursing home care, someone needs to oversee what is being done and speak up for the best interests of the resident.
Preparing asset inventories to establish a budget, financial plan, will, trust, net worth, etc. We can list what your financial situation is and where your money is being used.
