Elise Dixon is an elder-law attorney with Barclay Dixon & Smith, P.C.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Atty. Dixon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. As a Certified Public Accountant, she worked with the public accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney. Subsequently, she received her Juris Doctor Degree from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois and was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 1992. Her legal career began as an Associate Attorney with the law firm of Mansker & Barclay, followed by the formation of the partnership, Barclay and Dixon, P.C. with Atty. Lester Barclay.
Ms. Dixon serves as a Board Member of Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.
